★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend this service for anything urgent. I was on holiday and had unexpected pain. Got connected with a doctor within about three minutes. Doctor couldn’t prescribe my usual medication (panadine) because the pharmacy won’t accept an app prescription. I asked the doctor if she could email it which the pharmacy would accept however I didn’t hear back from the doctor for around 25-mins. Doctor finally came back to me saying “this is not an instant service”. I managed to get a prescription loaded after 45-mins, then the app wouldn’t search the pharmacy I needed. Long story short this is terrible user experience and service, very frustrating because the app is so buggy, and when I was on holiday in a strange place, alone, and in pain it was quite distressing. I would NOT recommend it for anything urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told I would be able to get a re occurring prescription to send to any online pharmacy of my choice by customer help woman. So I bought the doctors consult and got the prescription then was informed by the doctor I would only receive a one month prescription then have to pay the 50 dollar consult fee every month to re activate the prescription which was never mentioned. The medication was only accepted by this one distributer in the app in Hamilton and didn’t even have a barcode so it wasn’t a proper prescription I could use anywhere. I then canceled the service and refused to pay the balance of 50 as I felt there was serious miss communication especially as they say prescriptions as if its a genuine prescription your local GP could issue. This was a simple piece of paper saying my name and the medication with the date and dose.
This is a good concept I feel but poor execution.
