★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered wallpaper that had to be ordered from their supplier. Paid a deposit and between paying the deposit and the Hubbers ordering from their supplier, I saw that all other wallpaper stores were in sale and offering the same wallpaper for between 25-30% off. Hubbers were reluctant to even look in to this and finally came back with a 10% discount. Very disappointing and will not be purchasing anything further from them.
I can't see how to reply to Hubbers response, so editing this post. I saw the Guthrie Bowron advert on TV between making the payment (10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday) and Hubbers opening again on Monday. So I assumed (which I see now was my mistake) that we would be getting the wallpaper sale prices they were advertising. As Hubbers hadn't ordered the wallpaper until After the GB sale had started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class customer service, initially given good competitive price, and then it got double up. Wested few weeks, and still same argument that they have quoted wrong initially by mistake. Never visit again. Worst customer service experience.

As I said,and mentioned earlier, very very third class service. Nice try to blaming me. As from the day one I had very very accurate measurements and told you staff that, will go with the Blockout Honeycomb blinds. ( And that is the one we show in store) And they checked price, but they said someone from our store have to come and remeasure windows agin. They will come out and measure that for you. Since then price got doubled up. And instead saying that I have chosen wrong fabric. That’s what I have visited store again to double confirm. Please don’t give rubbish excuses!!!!!!

Big thanks to Lindsay (installer) whose attention to detail is amazing, he made sure everything was perfect. Lovely office staff too. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend Hubbers
