★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up on a Saturday as a casual and waited at the front desk for someone to turn up for 20 minutes. Happy to pay like I had done before. After hanging around, one member came up and informed me that the place wouldn’t be staffed on that day and to just workout and leave my details for payment later. A member of staff (presumably the owner) eventually turned up and proceeded to tell me that I “shouldn’t be there” even after I offered to pay whatever the casual sum was. I left after completing one exercise with a bitter taste in my mouth a desire to never come back. Welcoming members, unwelcoming staff, simple as that.
