Jacket in stock at the warehouse which is in my suburb, said it would be delivered within 3-4 days. 10-days later no jacket, no communication and no contact from Huffer despite follow-ups. 1st and last time shopping with Huffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience with my first purchase online. Bought a down jacket online 3 weeks ago. Waited for 2 weeks but did not receive any update. Emailed Huffer (apparently the NZ office has to direct it to the Aus office which took an additional few more days) only to find out that the tracking number was not sent to me and when I clicked onto the tracking link provided, my item has been sitting in the post office for 9 days now, leaving me only have 1 day to collect it before they ship it back to the sender. I am now trying to work out how can I rush to collect it tomorrow during the opening hours considering my 9-5pm working hours and with my work office being 45min away plus in completely opposite direction to the post office. =(
