★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disappointed - I didn't even get to use the service properly! We submitted some designer clothing (french connection, Huffer etc.) which weren't accepted (no problem, it happens) but have been returned marked with orange, blue and pink pen! It's fine if you don't want the clothes, but at least take reasonable care with them so someone else can use them. Really disappointed in the lack of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best recycle boutique in Auckland! My whole wardrobe is from Tattys. The staff are lovely. I’ve also sold clothes here and was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my payout. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great range of clothing here! lots of designer stuff at affordable prices. i think all my favourite clothes/outfits are from here.
however, i've found the staff can be unfriendly and grumpy as well as an awful music playlist that sounds like it's from an emo teen's playlist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were collectively and deliberately rude. We arrived 20 minutes before the store closed and we’re told they were closing in 10 minutes. We rushed our shop and were shouted at that there was ‘only 7 minutes left’. Before the initial 10 minutes were up we then told the shop was officially closed. We asked them if we could make a purchase and were told only if we do so in the next 1 - 2 minutes. Very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *I have since been reimbursed for my stolen items, so I am very grateful that they did this, and shall reconsider selling items here, as I said, in the passed I have had positive selling experiences, and found the prices to be fair. Thanks for honoring this guys.

*Usually I've had positive experiences selling my clothing here. I am aware of terms and conditions and pick things up on time if they are not going to take them, or expiring so as not to lose them. And they take no responsibility for lost/ stolen items.
However this time I've had not just one but two items lost or most likely stolen. Before expiry date. A pair of A.P.C pants, and a Lonely linen dress.
I shall no longer sell clothing here.
