β β β β β Very poor customer service of staff. I was on my phone for important matter while he was preparing my fish. Did not say anything that it was ready or if I want free cleaning though there was no other customer. After I realized that I forgot to ask for cleaning the fish, I asked politely if he could clean the fish, he gave me a long lecture about being on my phone. I told him I would clean it myself... How hard it is to ask a customer? There maybe fault in my part but I don't think a lecture is necessary since I was not hurrying him to do it and was asking him politely. I am not coming back here...

β β β β β Excellent Service. I am a customer for 4 years now and the staff already knew what Im going to buy. They offered me a fair price for a bulk of shrimps and Im happy about it. The shop is clean and fish are of good quality. Highly recommended.?
The first statement was my previous review, today I went there with my wife and bought 2 big Pampano. I ask them to clean it and cut it in half. When I got my fish and open the bag at home, what I got is 1 small Pampano and 1 small Snapper. This is not what I bought. I live far from the shop and dont have the time to bring it back. It was an honest mistake by the young lady staff. Felt dissapointed.
Today18th March 2022, I reported it to the Owner about what had happened from my previous visit. He was very apologetic and offered me 1 Pampano big and cleaned. I said he does not have to do that but he insist. He said" it was their fault ". The owner takes care of his customers. ?
