★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was average in size. From the cleaner to ***agement everybody was happy to help. Was very impressed with the design of the hotel. The linens were in top notch shape. The kitchen design is very efficient. TV has a good selection of channels for international visitors. A great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed was uncomfortable. Cleaning could have been better. But pretty sure they have tons of WINS temporary accommodation people there, who's kids and adults kept us awake extremely late last night, had to ring reception to complain. He didn't even ask which side I was complaining about, like its happened before. So if you want peace and quiet and a good sleep I wouldn't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very clean upon arrival. The room itself was very pleasant. The beds were just okay comfort wise. TV had a nice selection of international programming. Basically, their hotel associates are quite helpful for my stay. Large and roomy and modern decor. The staff were excellent in the short time we spoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The only good thing about the stay was the very accommodating staff on arrival and apologetic staff when we left.. Negative: There is emergency housing obviously at the hotel with beneficiaries staying there. There were no managers staying overnight on site. We were kept awake the whole night with fighting and yelling, and next door to us they were fighting in the room and banging hard up against the walls. There were gang members there and we felt very unsafe. Had no sleep at all after having a very emotional day attending our grandfathers funeral. We have asked for a refund on our stay as $440 for the night was insulting having to put up with all that we did. Motels who have emergency housing residents should have to advertise that fact as we would never ever stay in a place like this again..

Pros: Nice spa bath, handy kitchenette, allocated parking spot, strong shower pressure, good air con / heat pump, good location, close to shops; great, friendly service. :-)
Cons: Thin walls. Seems like some of the other tenants were Winz emergency housing and their kids hovered around our car (and leaned on it at one point) which was a bit weird. Uncomfortable bed.
Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I liked that the room was clean. I liked the deep spa bath.. Negative: The noise from the other units was a bit much, the first night I stayed the people next door to me were very noisy and continued to be till 4.30 in the morning! I enjoyed the spa bath but there were no bubbles to put in the bath so went to supermarket and bought my own..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly we had to ask another guest how to sign in. Had to drive to another motel to check in. Then there was a $100 bond that we didn't know about. Got to our room and there were dirty used underwear in our room! ? We called the manager and they said they were going to do something about it straight away. Nobody came and sorted it. Then when we checked out they refused to give us a discount because we stayed there. Well what option did we have, were we supposed to go somewhere else at 9pm at night? Ridiculous and so disgusting. Would never recommend this place. ??
