As ex moteliers I feel we are qualified to make a review. We stayed in the Executive suite. It was an absolute disgrace. Heater/fan didn't work, hair dryer didn't work and light bulbs didn't go. No separate shower, just an old stained bath with an overhead shower and shower curtain. Maintenance has not been done for years. Paint peeling off the doors with big chips in them. Dark and dingy ..The only decent thing was the duvet ?? The indoor pool I would not even consider venturing to. Yuk ..
I reluctantly paid and complained. The owner said they get $179 for that unit.
DON'T GO THERE. YOU WILL BE SOOO DISAPPOINTED...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liked this place, it was clean and it had everything you can ask for a one-night stop in Hamilton. Staff (we saw a blonde woman and a tall, dark man) was very friendly. The pool was refreshing (note: not heated) and we were allowed to use it after opening times.
We are travelling with public transport and it was easy to catch no 21 to the bus station and continue our travels. Thanks for the morning coffee and milk also :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced for what you get and very dated. Family room cost $169.00 p/n. Had 1 small TV in lounge, none in the bedroom. Spa in the bathroom with a sign on it saying not to use it. Beds were comfortable and the manager lady was lovely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was an ok stay, beds were comfortable and has sky tv.
But the bathroom is dated and water damaged. The loo didn't flush very well and was oddly high to the point where I couldn't put my feet flat on the ground. The bowls in the kitchen were tiny. I also would have liked the place to have air conditioning and the pool isn't heated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on a business trip to Hamilton last week. Not impressed at all & definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The room wasn’t clean there were food marks on the wall in the kitchen and the lid on rubbish bin had food still stuck on it. The small TV had smears on the screen, there was no plug in the basin in bathroom, the shower head was up near the top of the roof & for a short person like myself it was hopeless to have a shower without getting drowned in the process. All this for $149 a night for two people I don’t think so!!! Very shabby indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy to town, comfortable & reasonably clean. Decor a bit tired, kitchen shelves missing, and fly marks on bathroom ceiling a bit off-putting. Okay for a one night stay. Would have been a good night' s sleep but for other guests being rowdy. Management were either not on site overnight or not able to control the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant staff, who were helpful. However the motel is a little tired. Toilet did not flush properly, and there was a plunger left beside it. The shower was difficult to use, and the bed was not comfortable. Stairs were very steep when carting luggage up and down. It would be a good idea for managers to spend a night in each unit and note what needs fixing/replacing/updating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to have good people its alright for Emergency Housing. Make sure to know your rights though. The owner does not care about personal space or human rights. she will barge herself into your room stand in the exit and evict you on the spot.
She has no respect when you talk to her, will continually roll eyes.
Dont be fooled by her quietness
No common sense
The only cleaning they do is take your rubbish if you put it outside your door also you will only get one rubbish bag.
Not so child friendly
We also had no lid on our rubbish bin so it was hard to keep our 1 year old away from it. Bath flooded our wardrobe when first moved in. Was not able to watch tv due to the connection. Stairs were pretty steep for my baby to walk up and down.
