★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for VGB but never achieved weight loss results. A very expensive exersize when money was hard to come by.
I was relaxed during and after sessions but still overweight.
I followed all instructions to the letter too.
No follow up after I stopped going either which I found disappointing. Sheryl is a lovely lady and I wish I could rave about what amazing results I achieved.
Late review as I didn’t have gmail at the time.

She is professional and friendly and she is very dedicated to helping her clients throughout the one to one sessions as well as moving forward with self help afterwards. I would recommend to anyone.

She is very professional and has a way of connecting and putting you at ease making the process alot less stressful and easier to gain the full benefits for whatever you may be trying to achieve. I would 100% reccomend to anybody looking to better themselves, or anybody looking for something alternative to just one on one counciling as Sheryls methods truly work.

I’m very grateful to have accessed it, as listening to Sheryl’s recording really helped to calm my racing thoughts and anxiety.
