β β β β β This is one of the rare examples of the advertising living up to the product. The website says that they sell kiln dried fire wood and that's exactly what you get. It's great to know that when I need to light a fire, I'm not going to have to fight with damp wood for like 20 minutes every night. Excellent service. The team also has great communication when it comes to delivering the wood. Thanks for making the winter a bit more tolerable.

β β β β β Used Ignition for four years, buying 6 cu m each season, prices ranged between $800 and as low as $700 with a discount one year (delivery free for the larger order). This year 2022 Jan price has increased to $1080! (no early discount offered in Nov/Dec, no free delivery) 55% up from last year. Unfortunately Iβve had to say no thanks and am spending on a heat pump. Not my first choice and sorry to forego my fave firewood but am disappointed
Thanks for the reply Carlos. I have always been really happy with the quality and special seasonal price. I admit I mustβve missed the advice of the deal. I think i got it mixed with all the covid Level 4 emails and stuff. Perhaps weβll be on again next season

We were looking for wood to dry stack and burn next season. Gave Ignition Firewood a chance to be better than the west-central local suppliers, and they are excellent.
I ordered the Summer Special, 3mΒ³ of hard wood and I got excellent wood. Perfect!
Communication was fantastic, called them up and easy as put in an order that came within days. Carlos texted me when he was loading up and again when he came on-site for a simple and friendly level 4 adhering interaction.
My Dad says it was the best Father's day present he could get. Cheers Ignition!
