β β β β β My pets are always well looked after at Southern Comfort. Even the scaredy cat enjoys his stay; more so than the car rides there. Once he had an accident in his carry bag on the way there. They took care of him and the bag was all cleaned for when i picked him up. I was very grateful.
My rottweiler is so happy when i pick him up as he loves all of the attention and playtime he gets. I'm always confident they fed well and treated as good as i would. Definitely recommend.

β β β β β Really happy with the service I received earlier this year. My cat had poo-ed in her cage on arrival and they took care and cleaned her cage and blankets when I picked her back up after 3 nites. Also when I picked my cat up, the lady said she was happy and settled and liked cuddles, so a sign they gave her good attention. Will definitely come back!

β β β β β We put our dog moose in there for 5days it was am emergency and they took him with no problems.
When we arrived the surroundings were like a holiday camp, wow I could have stayed there.
The staff were amazing and the kennels were clean big and just like a holiday home for dogs.
My daughter and I were very impressed.
I would definitely recommend these kennels to everyone.
We live out west and the trek was well worth it.

β β β β β Picked up my dog after a two hour car trip. Asked politely if I could please use the toilet as I was bursting. She made a big deal about it and eventually said yes but she would have to supervise me. so I said βdonβt worry about it.β Also mentioned that my dog is not welcome anymore as she barked too much. I understand she does suffer a bit of separation anxiety but when I got home her voice was practically the same when she barked, so she obviously didnβt bark the whole time!!! Would be nice to know they would have practises in place that would help calm dogs down. Obviously donβt! If there are any issues, it would have been nice to know about the problems beforehand. She was very rude and would not recommend others.
In response: please get your facts straight before making comments about the collar. You hadnβt told us once that she was having issues, it would have been nice to know beforehand. I would have happily put the kids in the car if that was the issue with using the toilet, as I was in a lot of pain.

β β β β β Have always used Southern Comfort Overnight Kennels for the last twelve or so years for our previous dog and now our 6 month old puppy, initially with the old owners and now with the new owners and I can't fault them.
They always look after our dogs very well. The service is always super friendly and they are very good with the dogs even with our high energy GSP/Vizsla cross pup.

β β β β β Please have more experienced people who can atleast clip a dogβs nail and ensure dogs donβt get bruise: there during the stay . The least you can do is let the owner know but doesnβt seem like your staff seemed to care enough. We are so sad and disappointed by our decision to leave Roman under your care . Also, let people know that you end up charging for 2 days after 11 am the next day. This is after we paid $50 to get a dog washed which take time and dishonest to say the least.
