β β β β β Absolutely unprofessional and rubbish!
Debt has been cleared almost over a year ago,
first phone call - "it was a mistake that someone has not finalised the case" (24 to 48 hours to clear)
second phone call - "we will re-action the case to make sure that it is cleared properly this time, on our computer its been cleared" (didn't happen)
third phone call - (Equifax) "Haven't receive a confirmation from Dun & Bradstreet, give them a call"
fourth call - "what I can do is to send Equifax another email now, because they usually reply to the confirmation but this didn't happen." (No it didn't happen)
fifth call - (Equifax - May Lee) "No we still haven't received the confirmation, I will give you two email addresses and you will need to contact them to ask them to send us the confirmation." (I am doing your job for you now?)
sixth call - "I will send you another confirmation CC that to you so you can send it to Equifax yourself" (Doing your job again, and no confirmation received)
Overwhelmingly disappointing
This is still on going
and will need to seek legal advice if problem persist.

β β β β β Disgusted with this Company continually getting messages that urgent matter must be resolved, messages on answer machine. Call comes and it says to hold on and then after that the call centre busy and they tell you to call back. I have better things to do with my time and I told the girl if I get anymore calls I will bill her for my time, she hung up on me twice and I rang back and asked to speak to a superior and the gentleman that answered said he could help me, I then reiterated that the person they were looking for must have at some time given my number as he did not have a phone and that he had been found deceased in his unit in our village between Xmas and New Year last year. I have told this company before and am sick of the calls. The girls excuse for hanging up was I was screaming, they only have to listen to their recording to know that I was annoyed but not screaming, how rude to hang up once let alone twice.

β β β β β The experience that myself and a college have had with your agency and have been completely let down by you.
We have been back and forth with you for several days over an account that was not closed- yet paid for A YEAR AGO!!! this has stopped us from buying a house! we were promised a receipt proof 5 days before receiving and not contacted across those days to notify of a reply- we had to call several times every day and speak to many different people explaining the same situation over and over!
when we did finally receive it the date on the receipt was dated incorrectly- was dated the day it was sent and not the day it was paid- again ONE YEAR AGO!!
This was a horrible experience over something that never needed to be an issue!
I hope you do not treat all your customers like that!

β β β β β What a useless company. Spoken to many people, calls and emails. My time and money spent on contacting a bunch of people who were so quick to take my money but cant even send a simple closing statement back. A simple thing that means immigration will not approve my visa and i cant even go on a holiday without getting stopped by the embassy. Its pathetic, really disgusted by a company who cant even do their job but can proudly let down people.

β β β β β Very rude, given that it was a mistake from acc due to them not sending me an invoice but sending it straight to the debt collection agency.??!!
I felt quite unsafe when I was asking what was this call regarding and they couldn't give me any information until I basically gave them all my information...
I can't just give someone random all my info without knowing what are they calling about??
Made me feel like a criminal when i never have outstanding bills of any sorts
You might want to take lessons on how to treat people, the fact that you are a debt collection agency doesn't mean that all your clients are trying actively not to pay something!!
You have to be more human and maybe that works better than harassing and intimidation.

β β β β β Amazed and disgusted by this company. I have no debt but they are hounding me. The way they talk and write emails (with no signature or name to contact), and the fact that every email they've sent me has come from a different, weird address, makes me think they're scamming me. It was comforting to read everyone else's experiences, which match my own. Why would I give them my personal information in order to be told what the phone call is about? I will now ignore all phone calls and emails from them as I consider them scammers. Only reason they get a star is so I can post this review and warn everyone else.

β β β β β Called to Settle my debt and the lady that handled my call was absolutely rude&threatened me when she could have been more polite considering nobody wants to pay debts. Not happy at all definitely killed my mood for the day, couldnβt even understand her because she had a bad Indian accent! The background noise was very noisy, made it hard to hear. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she asked if I could wait on hold while he has his lunch break, the nerve of you some people have hard working jobs and canβt wait around all day for your supervisor to finish eating their lunch, transfers me over to someone and he didnβt even sound professional. OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE, made me not want to pay the bill luckily I know where my priorities are now. Sort your call centre staff out MILTON GRAHAM bunch of amateurs need more training to handle calls better.

β β β β β Not impressed, they were chasing for $21! Unpaid tolls. The Funny thing is its a company vehicle i drive! I keep telling them they needed to speak to the company i work for. Emailed them, supplied our company email contact. I even called NZTA and told them of the situation as they handed this debt over to these dogs. I've never had bad credit or dept in my life so i'm frustrated and insulted. Not once did anyone from these goons reply to my email or bother contacting the company i work for. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The Company i work for also called as asked them why they were hassling me. Said its a company vehicle and i had nothing to do with it! disgusting!
