Such a bad experience.They are incompetent.We are the victim of bad leadership and low management.@Minister of immigration.He is such a low skilled man.He just yell out on others questions in assembly house.

Justice delayed justice denied. This is the story of maximum families who dreamed of living a happy marriage life in newzealnd by relocating from their countries to newzeland.As we can see many partners suffering from the injustice they are facing for unreasonable decisions of few visa officers. Unfortunately I am one of them. Long story short because of my visa officer assuming that i may have tried to withheld information from them my visa is declined. Assumptions?They totaly Igrnored all the proofs i gave them to correct them but as i said they kept on delaying my visa and kept me on interim visa for one year and in the end of 2 days before my 3rd interim visa expires they declined my visa on their assumptions .REALLYYY? are we dealing with robots or real human beings here? I Thought visa officer is a human and will understand the facts and proofs. But seems like a total discriminations .I had to hire a baristor to reapply for my visa.And spent everything i saved in my life or my partners personal posessions to pay more than 30000 dollars to pay for lawyers and other legal fees. Again they have no answer to the proofs i have prvided and still telling me they assume. I mean what the ... is there is any one answerable? Is there any one honerable minister Mr.Hon Kris Faafoi or any senior officer who is going to answer me ? I have a family here to take care i have bills to pay how you guys want me to survive here without a work permit? You kept me on interim visa for a year and no employee wants to give job for interim visa holders because there is no guarantee of visa. I am still handing in between of visas the funny thing is i am unlawful now but my visa is still processing. But they don't want to think on humanitarian grounds they have a protocol to follow even that on the discriminations grounds I feel. I am going no where from here i will fight this till tribunal/hioghcourt or honorable supreme court. Because i need answers of all the mental/physical and emotional suffering we have been facing since 1 and half year and living in the fear of what if my visa get declined again. MrHon Kris Faafoi i tried reaching you but a common man cant reach you as i got reply from your office they you dont deal with on going cases. I want to ask you should i come back after my visa get declined .Dont you think you should hear a common resident and try to sort his situation? when he is a victim of injustice? This is a quick story of another case of injustice. My suggestion to people applying for visa is be careful. Stand for your honesty or get ready for rejections no one is willing to see the logic here they just focusing on protocol. Good luck

These people allowed me to be human trafficked by my new Zealand husband. . He used his court registar position to steal my permanent residence application and directly contacted staff at this office such as helen wells and border and security. They allowed him to put in fraudulent application without my knowledge or signature. Because I'm not from a 3rd world country they refuse to investigate, this is discrimination based on source of origin. Because my husband worked for the courts my privacy was violated and i was used as a slave and injured multiple times so i can no longer work because of permanent injuries. This man not only stole everything i own but his disgusting parents on the benefit for some odd 30 years now have 2 houses in their names at over $75,000 as my scumbag husband put the house in their names. My first house was illegally sold and my husbands stole over $100,000 out of the mortgages.

Upon arriving at this immigration centre I was greeted by a beautiful, welcoming smile and my enquiry was handled in an extremely professional and respectful manner. Although I only needed basic advice I felt I was listened to and received the information back exactly to my needing! I thank you.

I was prepared to be on hold forever but, my call was answered immediately and Marco was absolutely fantastic! Not like my experience calling the number in Auckland. He was polite answered all my questions. A five star experience.
