★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my intellectually challenged partner to help him transfer some funds, lady at the counter virtually pushed me out the way so I could not help, and the money went into the wrong account.
To make matters worse was that English was this lady's 2nd language and she wasn't listening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pay a bill at Westpac Hamilton in the city and I was totally disgusted with their service. I waited in line with everyone else and when it came to my turn the teller came up and asked me what I was there for. I told him I was here to pay a bill. He then asked the next person in line what he was there for, and then took him instead of me. I was totally disgusted with this as it was my turn. I wanted to say something but thought I should keep quiet as I needed to get my bill paid. I spoke to the next person in line who was also disgusted with what he saw and we were talking about how bad the service was. Would not recommend to go to that bank again.
