The best service I've ever experienced!
I recently purchased an Ascaso domestic coffee machine from IncaFé. I had trouble working out how to use it. Joop went out of his way to put me on the right track. He explained the machine's instruction manual in simple language and even made small videos to show me how to use it properly. I have never experienced such great service from a New Zealand company - or an overseas one for that matter. The machine is now producing the best short blacks and flat whites I've ever made at home, no doubt helped by the delicious IncaFé coffee that came with the machine!
