For this reason I didn't want to leave a negative review but it seems like something has changed in the kitchen. The meals tonight were not up the to usual standard. Hopefully it will improve next time because we love coming to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I put in an online order to be picked up at 5:25pm, arrived at 5:22pm and was told it would be 'a few more minutes'. At 5:52pm I gave up and asked for my money back.
It's ok to be busy, just let customers know that there is a longer wait than expected, don't make out that their meals are almost ready when you haven't even started cooking them.
I'm sure the food is good here based on other reviews and how popular they were, but their customer service means I won't be back to see how good it is.
2 stars because at least they did give me my money back without any argument.
