★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only bought sandwiches here and a ginger bread tiny one.. I took one bite and it was hard I think I could have killed someone with it had I thrown it towards someone. It's heavy chewy and definately not fresh I could not take one more bite
Very disappointing for the price. My friend took a bite and had has the same thoughts. Old cakes... Took another lemon cake that was just as old hard hard and put that back. Pretty sad as the sandwiches tasted fresh enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully clean & well presented with healthy fresh cabinet food. Friendly welcoming staff who asked for covid pass. Large coffee $6.50, drinkable but not quite smooth. Obviously a popular place with locals, a good sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the recent good reviews our experience was very poor - we were still waiting for the easily prepared food 20 minutes after we had finished our coffees - ended up requesting the food as takeaways - far better cafes in Te Awamutu to patronise!!
