Terry and his team have just completed the re-leasing of our building which has been a long and complex project that has certainly had its moments, but their attention to detail and ability to roll their sleeves up and really get stuck in has made it look easy.
Of particular note is their local knowledge which has been invaluable especially as we live outside Dunedin.
They have been pleasure to work with and can be highly recommended.

Daniel spent the time to understand our requirements and show us many options that he had available. After finding the right premises, putting the lease in place was a reasonably straight forward process.
We would recommend them to anyone looking for commercial property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dogged determination best describes Daniels performance with our near impossible to meet requirements. He stuck with us through countless site visits across a very long period of time. Apart from the properties we expressed an interest in, Daniel offered some considered suggestions keeping our extensive wish list in mind. A key feature of what helped us to prioritise and filter out premises, without requiring a wasted site visit, were the floor plans Daniel provided us up front. Communications have been fast, informative and friendly. Daniels knowledge of what the landlords would or would not be happy with was bang on. "Willing to go the Extra Mile" can certainly be used to describe Daniel and Industry One. Thank you, we love our new office :)
