Both Rachael and Kathleen were excellent to communicate with, being friendly, approachable and entirely professional. Any issues were dealt with promptly and with consideration for our privacy as tenants. As a mature business couple who travel widely, we have dealt with numerous rental agents over the years and would say without a doubt that our experience with Nidd Realty was outstanding!

We appreciated their professional and attentive services with great support. We had Nigel as the property manager, who is very kind, supportive and friendly. We also got substantial help from Rachel whenever Nigel was unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We became tenants with NIDD for 3yrs and 8months. Best decision we've made with no regrets. Never a dull moment with the best services provided by our Property Manager Nigel Stewart. Not forgetting a very responsible Managing Director Rachael Courtney. Sadly we get to leave so early due to personal commitments overseas but beautiful memories that we have treasured at the beautiful accommodation at Saint Clair will last for a lifetime.
We definitely recommend their friendly and beautiful service to whoever out there is looking for a place.
