Very worn out looking, and not that clean.
Needs an exit and entrance so people are not falling over each other when waiting to pay or leave the building.
Kids had fun so that's a positive but not sure i would recommend to friends until it was cleaned up abit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for a few hours for kids to let off steam. The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall excellent, with many late-teen girls actively wandering around checking on all the kids. Wonderful range of inflatables - kids don't get bored here.
However, not much for adults to do (except wander around after kids and a small basketball court), so bring your book or laptop! Pricing seems a bit high but overall worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a birthday party. Not the best. Place was quite badly lit and does not look very clean. Minimal staff if not none, policing the inflatables so you end up with big kids and under age kids playing in areas that are meant for different age groups.
Came here again in June 2022 for another birthday and nothing has really changed apart from the play areas appearing a little better lit. There is a notice outside requesting people to wear their mask while in the premise due to COVID-19 but there are heaps of people who ignore this and there is just no staff around to monitor and police this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a sad and tired looking place. $16 for 2 hours was reasonable however the non existence of a café is very disappointing. They were out of coffee; their vending machine had 3 chocolates left, there was nothing else on offer. No food. They'd forgot to stock one cubicle in the ladies with loo paper, we were the first ones in - so no excuse! We were told we couldn't sit upstairs even though it was the best place to sit and keep an eye on your children, and was the most comfortable too as the high stools had cushioning. But the rest of the seating arrangements leave a lot to be desired. I would not come here again.
