β β β β β Real Muppets, don't bother buying a car with these guys. Stop wasting peoples time, my brother ended up going through other finance company on a sunday as he just really need the car for work but they prefer buyers to do finance with them so they can make more money (as per Daniel -- Branch Manger) and we even tried paying cash for the car but they refused it. We are just asking for some documents and within two days these people are just playing with us and wasted our time and said that they sold the car to other person. which he could just told us on the first place that they don't want to sell the car. too much lies and a really time waster.

Do not recommend.Long story cut it short. bought a car from Sam (sales)six months ago. paid $15,000 cash end up driving loan car(not good car) 80% of last six months.In the end they buy back the car $12,500. Wasted my $2500 and my six months.I could go to tribunal but i did not want to waste my time anymore with these guy so I didnβt .Car has so many problems from next day of pick up.some of problems are serious, me and my wife almost had an accident. Sales was not professional , broken many promises (I have a proof ) and lie about problems . I understand some car has problems even they do not know, My 1 star review is about customer service.never going back this place everyone I know including myself of course .Bought much better car from "Mr Motors".Great customer service.keep promise and update the progress . not like this place .new(?) branch manager was nice guy. Seals .....hopeless

From first contact with Ethan to eventually being met at the airport, the whole process was easy and professional. Buying from out of Auckland was no problem - really appreciated the honest description of the car and being made to feel like a valued customer.

β β β β β These guys are awesome to deal with, will really go that extra mile. Just got my 18 year old son into his first 4x4 Ute, bearing in mind he just started working with no credit rating yet but they got it done! Great selection vehicles on the yard too. Cheers guys.

β β β β β Found a ute we really liked, and put a deposit on it the next day and flew up the next. They were lovely and picked us up from the airport. Everyone was lovely and welcoming when we got to the yard while we finalized the paper work and it was all done super quick. Much faster and better experience than we have had previously with other car yards up here after flying up. Thank you again Sam.
