★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely venue. Not as cold as I thought it would be. Very safe for a wide age range. Great to have rules about eating away from jumping, makes it easier for parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my daughters birthday party here paid for a private room which wasn't private at all i then went and asked staff if i paid for the room or just the area and she said the entire room.
I then said we have random people coming into the room and not leaving. in the end i asked 3 times for people to leave and they wouldn't and didn't to care they were invading our daughters party.
The stuff didn't seem to care either they only came to ask 1 lady to relocate but she ignored it and came back in.
there were not signs to say private party hire was disappointed it put a damper on our day i wouldn't pay for the room again.
