★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and i have had nothing but issues with these guys.
over the last 4 weeks we have called and left numerous amounts of messages, we have also emailed 3 times with no response at all.
we are trying to track down old dept to get sorted so we can sell our car however that's a bit hard when no one contacts back at all in any shape or form. because it's an old debt and they "can't find it" they stop replying.
If it's that old and you cannot find it - or even communicate with us. then wipe the debt and take the security off the car so we can sell it.
But no they won't as " if you owe us money we are going to find it and you will pay."
However when we try to make contact no on answers the phone, call or email back.
Actually at the stage where this is angering us! 4 weeks and no contact..
Ridiculous.
