I have an urgent question re staff parental leave entitlement and received a queue call back where the line was garbled so could not hear what was being said. There was one further attempt to contact me with the same result and no further call received. Have now been on hold for 25 minutes and there is no other option for contact. Employers need access for these questions :(

Absolute joke trying to log into the system, keeps comming up with 'malformed syntax'. The PAYE sometimes works until you go to save, then the computer sends you the message of Computer down, page 401 not available. So you repeat thinking all is saved,, but it isn't even though you have paid and money deposited. They should have long ago developed an app for ease of contact, still not even bothered. Then you wait and repeat your personal details until they find the right person. . . after waiting. Now I simply request the paper version and pray that NZ Post don't lose the mail. Too hard to be compliant. Finally. . . stop using your staff to boast your ratings as your about to sack them anyway!!!

Sad that I have rung like 7 times and always says they are to busy ..Some people need a little more help then others like asking on phone but always says call back later

Not so helpful staffs. Just giving you the standard answer and you can feel that they are not interested to help or sort it out or go extra mile. You cant feel any concern or care from her as the matter is urgent. We submitted the documents being asked but haven't received any confirmation or any update on the application of the IRD number. So frustrating.

Have you got a negative star for these incopetent people at IRD. Worst Goverenment department to deal with ever. Theyre always busy after they get all your details and just cut you off. AWFUL. AWFUL SERVICE PERIOD.

Horrible to deal with, website is 20 years behind any standard website. The lay out is horrible and if you think you'd be able to upload documents or anything easily you'd be wrong. Having to print everything out and mail it in this day and age is like using square wheels... Being bounced between staff and not being able to actually meet with someone is a drag.
