★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today 25 June 2021, around 11:15 am, the lady at the information count was super (forgot to ask for her name), will give her 12 of out 10 for her service, problem solved, and question answered.
As for the 0800 number will give a -10 out of 10, asking a bunch of question then only thing you get is something like, "we are too busy at moment so try again later, or try other number or go online", then hang up.
If the phone is made to annoying or piss people then IRD you could not make it more perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get help over phone for the last few days, to speak to a real person instead of automated voice. The voice tells me that It is going to put me through to someone that can help me, then says they have a high volume of calls then call ends, rang like 8 times for three days. Still no real person to speak to, ahhh so frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i really wanted to talk to IRD regarding a penalty they charged me for not filing my PAYE on time which i already had filed and my worker had resigned therefore i filed my last PAYE and wanted to inform them by calling thus i wanted to call IRD and tell them but they never answer the calls therefore IRD should answer calls for often now as everyone doesnt have computers and even my father is used to calling rather than emails.
Please answer our calls too as its ur duty to give good service to us all.
