★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is apauling, we get our working for families cut and to talk on the phone to them I have to make an appointment for the next day to sort it out. I already emailed but it takes 15 working days for them to come back with a reply, I want an answer now,today not in a day or week or 15 days time. We have 5 kids to feed seriously fix this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking experience. Said they'd deposit money they owed to me 2 days before Christmas. We were relying on that money for the holiday period. Not only did they NOT deposit the money as stated, but their call centers and offices were conveniently closed for two weeks, so I had no way of sorting it out. Merry Christmas to you too, IRD. Incompetent, thoughtless and cruel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The site to register for an IRD number is bugged and apparently has been for at least 4-5 months. On average the people in office or on the phone have lacked knowledge or information. Also apparently even though nearly everywhere is operating although with increased safely they outright close their offices, at least they acknowledge they are so far below being an essential service as to be unnecessary except in adding red tape to people's lives.

Called to the service center and the staff Luke was pretty helpful, although they took forever to pick up my call. Fortunately the problem solved within 3 days Thanks to Luke.
