G	Gary Welsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we have had cause to ring the council number on a number of occasions (water, recycling problems etc), the phone etiquette, helpfulness and knowledge of the staff answering has been outstanding. No matter what time of day or day of the week, the response has been quick. A service that those responsible for should be proud of.

A	Ana C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaner did poor job in Tahunanui toilets area especially near Modeller Pond and behind the Slide public toilets, they have never been cleaned, mopped days sometimes weeks, it is sting and gross. It has never reached the highest standard cleaning. It is highly suggested the contractor has to be changed urgently as they are not doing their job. it is our ratepayers money in the end that have been wasted. Feb 2022, It happens regularly, I have to put the formal complain, nothing has been done for a week now. Really frustrated dealing with NCC Management, the action too slow, nothing urgent for them when it comes to High Standard Cleaning during the endemic, What a shame!!!

J	Jessie Barber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys seriously need to overhaul you bussing system here the website nelson track a bus is always wrong with its times sometimes busses dont even show up at all your bus stops are dirty and covered in cobwebs and some bus stops dont have seating or covering at all
G	Garry Fanman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our child was attacked by a dog at Panorama Drive. We couldn't get hold of Dog Control at Nelson City as a "key person" is on leave. A dog attack wasn't filed and investigated properly. We didn't get any proper feedback. The kids are not safe. No wonder number of dogs in Nelson are growing year by year with over 6100+ of registered dogs already and they keep out numbering children because number of children going down year by year.
i	iNVASIVE Sports Team on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traffic jams and million dollar projects that bottleneck the city, destroying small business flow.. Building massive projects and housing below expected sea rise, Four way stop intersections and speed bumps every 50m, this town has become a joke run by incompetence for years. No city in NZ should be like this - look out insurance claims!
