★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever park here, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will lock you inside this carpark & never let you out if there is an issue with your payment. Terrible terrible service, after calling for assistance numerous times, they offered zero assistance & we're very uneducated towards where their locations are - I had been told the carpark I was in didn't exist. Totally rude and bad communicators. Thank you for locking me in your carpark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place to park your car it works, but on a regular basis all the payment machines will go offline. The customer service desk is awful. You tell them the machines aren’t working and you can’t get out and they respond with “have you paid the ticket?” 30 minutes wait with over 30 vehicles all waiting to leave a car park at 6 o’clock in the evening. Only alternative is Wilsons Parking though, so what can you do....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Access to the parking building via a small lane. The ramps are very narrow and the car parks are very close to each other. Les mills members get to park here for 2hrs for free when their car park is full. The gate was broken so there was no charge for everyone for the day and it was fairly full at 10am. Full day parking is $14 not competitive compared to closeby car parks but way more crowded than other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude customer service. If your system is not working that isn't my fault, the condescending attitude doesn't help anyone. Don't tell me paywave is never an option to pay with at the gate, I pay with paywave there every day.
