Feedback from our many and varied clients has been that our fees are extremely reasonable and that the savings they’ve made have more than offset the cost of our services.
Rather than having set pricing, our clients have told us they prefer to be charged for the actual time taken on a project as this gives them control of how much of our services they wish to use. It also allows them the flexibility to engage us for additional services should they decide to during the project. However, for large commercial projects, we often provide a fixed fee proposal.
Prior to beginning any work, we’re happy to provide an estimate of time required.

Leigh listened to our ideas and came to see our furniture and paintings to get an understanding of our tastes. I found Leigh's knowledge and suggestions invaluable and often she saved us from mistakes which would have been expensive to correct
Leigh proactively project managed difficult issues with speed and attention to detail and saved us money by suggesting less expensive options with similar effect. Leigh had a significant impact on our design and we are grateful for her help at such a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Leigh - she is fun to work with and very clever.

β β β β β We have used Inspiration Co for perhaps 15 years in their previous guise as Colour Options.
Firstly, for our business office refit, which was a tricky fit of unusual colored Maroon window joinery and our corporate colors of Lime green and Blue!
Heather worked out a fantastic colour/carpet combination which really worked well, and it was a fantastic workspace after her magic touch.
Next, we renovated our first home, a Lockwood prior to sale.
It looked stunning after the makeover which Heather designed, and it sold in 6 days for top dollar, far more than we imagined!
A major makeover of a grotty old commercial building in Seaview was next up, and it made a world of difference having Heathers input into the colors inside and out. Modern colors breathed new life into the property and made it appealing to Commercial tenants.
Next project was Lyndaβs Mumβs βOwn Your Ownβ Flat which we renovated prior to sale.
Once again Heathers design worked its magic, it looked amazing, was cost effective, and it fetched top Dollar.
Once again facing the challenges of a partial makeover, Heather made some startlingly practical recommendations which blended in perfectly, a great sale price was achieved and in a very short turnaround time!
Next was a major rebuild of our leaky home. A more open pallet was available to Heatherβs new team member Leigh Jamieson, who immediately put us at ease with her friendly charm and exquisite taste in decoration.
Leigh is highly efficient, friendly, dedicated, and has that flair which brings a new dimension to the company.
We loved the results that Leigh achieved, and we cannot believe the result she achieved!
We constantly refer our clients and friends to Heather and Leigh at Inspirations + Co.
Their service is surprisingly cost effective, and well worth the small investment, to have cutting edge trends, that will last for years.
We so often see ideas that look great now, but in actual fact, have been around for a few years, and to go and decorate with what we have seen in someone elseβs home,
is often well down the track of being βyesterdayβ or βlast yearβ!

We also engage her to work with our clients on their selections for their interior and exterior colour schemes. Heather is friendly and fun to work with and will also assist clients with every detail of their interiors right down to the rugs on the floor, the fabric choice for a chair and even the bedspread. Her extensive knowledge of home decor products, coupled with her intuitive ability to understand, develop and enhance our own ideas have created a new home we love and which has been admired by the tradesman who worked on it and by family and friends.
She has an outstanding eye for detail and often suggested options and ideas we would not otherwise have considered but which have proved to be excellent choices.

β β β β β We had a very challenging issue with choosing a replacement joinery colour to fit in with our existing cladding. We had been going around in circles until thankfully, it was suggested to us that Heather might be the woman for the job. Within a very short time, she had listened (which we appreciated), understood, and most importantly suggested an option which, once installed, exceeded all expectations. She also provided some great contacts for other projects (curtains/kitchen/wall colours/flooring etc). It would be fair to say that our (nearly completed) renovation project would not be the same without Heather's expert guidance. We can't speak highly enough of her talents. Don't go past Inspiration and Co for inspiration!

She was attentive and very quickly came to understand what we wanted to achieve. At every point she would present a number of options and helped us in our decision making.
