About SPACE Architecture Studio Ltd
SPACE Architecture Studio is an award-winning architecture and interior design practice located in Mana, Wellington and Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast. The studio was established in 2001 by the current directors Tushka Glintmeyer and Nathan Rooney.
SPACE is a team of Architectural Designers, Registered Architects and Interior Design specialists. Our design portfolio includes a wide range of residential and commercial work with a focus on quality sustainable buildings.
We see each project as an opportunity to create a synergy between built and natural environments within the parameters of clients brief and site conditions.
We believe that our surroundings directly influence the quality of our lives, whether in the workplace at home or in the spaces between - our environments have a direct impact on our well-being and the well-being of the ecological system in which it is sited.
We approach all our projects with this philosophy in mind - our design response is always considerate of the unique context of the project, the landscape and environment, and sensitive to our client’s individual requirements. All our projects have a strong sense of place.
