Eight years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. Devasted, we rang Wilhelmina asking for her advice and help with insurance claims etc. She went above and beyond with this, allowing me to complete my treatment and recover with less stress.
Over the years she has become our go to person, supporting us in a calm professional manner.
What would we do without our Wilhelmina! She is 100% amazing with the service she has supplied to our family over the years and we can’t thank her enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad communication , you have to wait to be called back as the receptionist knows nothing.
If you making a medical claim you need to fill out a form and get a price of procedure or operation.
It is better to pay a little bit more money with Southern cross makes life easier.
You just send them the referral and they take care of the rest.
I need an operation and the paperwork and waiting to be called back took longer and the public hospital waiting list, they did my operation before insurance base paperwork could be sorted.
Not impressed with there service or customer follow through.
