★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not build with this firm. I note that at the core of their values is 'Built to Last'. I moved into my brand new TDM/Perry Group (now fully owned by Perry) October 2019 with some serious work still needing doing. The house finish looks to be a DIY. Low quality plastering, paint splatter over aluminium, deck and floors (including carpet). What looks to be second hand timber on skirtings (not stopped just painted over). Whole house needs repainting. House flooded. Paint over garage floor. Electrical work outstanding. Now it is coming up to a year, I am onto my 5th Project Manager who sympethises with me but still no action. I have correspondence by the ton outlining the work that needs to be done (assessed and agreed), they just don't care.

Don’t waste your time with Perry Modular Homes.
3 houses to build, with cash, won’t be coming from Cambridge.
