★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rubbish, likes to chase you down when you owe money threatening court and everything then once the debt is paid cant even sort it out to clear it or to even out PAID on the account. Shocking service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business works outside the law and tried to collect money I did not owe. I received an apology from the company that hired them and also free membership to my credit rating. So I guessed the problem was solved. They listed me again for the same debt so I went through the applications to get it resolved again. As well as this they sent an ape around to harass my family when I had just left the house for an hour. I am taking them to district court, I sensed the papers to the owner outside the premises and he served me with a trespass notice. Hearing will be taking place soon. This company should lose their license as I’m not the only victim of their criminal activities.
Update and also an important notice to anyone using these guys, I have served them with legal papers and they have not yet responded to the court

Know your rights guys.
Search intercoll and you will see commerce commission warning about wrong doings.
Complain if you have to - dont allow this bully to scare you.
The more people complain the sooner this bully will be knocked off his high horse and learn to show people some respect.
He thinks hes a judge
Not right !
Do your research guys
Not a nice person at all.

They’re bullies , and it’s disgusting how much detail they need and know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Spent the last few weeks being harassed every 10 min by a Marilyn Pakau who works here. First contact she made via text and email was threatening me with legal action over a debt that had already been settled. Then spent the next 2 weeks using dodgy tactics to get me to okay an account I didn't owe money on. Will be complaining to the commerce commission

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shambles of a company, left a really uninformative note on my door. When I called to get information about a debt owed by a tenant who lived here 4 years ago, was treated as I was misleading them. Thought everything was sorted....then the txt messages began. They are still trying to contact someone I do not know. Very poor service. Bully tactic will just get you a bad reputation. Please do your homework before accusing someone unrelated to the victim you are chasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly mother received a note in her letterbox asking if the occupant knew the whereabouts of a “certain person” in bold writing with just a phone number and no details. She was terrified and didn’t know or understand what it was about. She thought there was a dangerous person on the loose in the area and didn’t understand this was a tactic used by a debt collection agency. This practice is frightening for an elderly person who lives on there own. Shameful really!
