★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beth got me hooked on Pilates about 9 years ago. Ever since then it’s been a constant part of my fitness and physical therapy regime. Back when us yanks could actually travel (Pre Covid) and visit other countries I reunited with Beth in NZ and it was amazing to take classes with her again. Hands down she’s one of the best instructors in the game.

Outstanding response to dealing with injuries and post surgery. Beth adapts to her clients needs and provides classes that are fun as well as beneficial.

As a former professional ballet dancer, she has knowledges and awareness of the human body, movement, and injury prevention and therapy. She has extensive Pilates training, with direct connection to Joseph Pilates, and over 20 years of teaching experience, with her clients, and Pilates trainees. After your first session, you will understand the value of her classes.
