★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Don street branch (Invercargill) of Kiwi bank has no dedicated phone number for customers. You have to dial their 0800 call centre number. I tried it and gave up after 45 minutes waiting. Tried another day and was given a number to call that was "somewhere in Invercargill possibly the Don St branch". A machine answered this number and asked me to leave my number and the bank would call me back. They didn't. I drove my elderly mother to the Don street branch and spoke with the manager. I asked him how the elderly, without connectivity or an advocate, bank with Kiwi bank? "They can't," he replied. This is the NZ owned bank for NZer's. 90% of their business is online, I was told. So if you're elderly without an advocate, this bank can't help you. PATHETIC!

All staffs there are racists, they never say Thanks,Sorry or anything for
different skin people.
Very unkind and arrogant. Never smile..Service? Zero..
It happens through many years. They are FK terrible.
Like NZ southland redneck group...Typical..very.
I am not going there what so ever.
Even if I need to pay more time..I prefer to go South city or Glengary post shop.
Hell yea.
