★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my daughter's bank. I had to deposit some money in her account. I was super impressed by the service in Invercargill friendly and helpful. All covid care taken but you were made welcome. Stark contrast to Westpac where they are over the top with precautions and make you feel a nuisance or a plague carrier! Thanks you made my day ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to find that the Invercargill branch has no cash service and to add insult to injury have no cash machine.
This made paying for a new trailer with cash a royal pain in the ar#se. The staff pointed me in the direction of their competitors. I had to visit a number of different ATM machines to reach the amount I needed to pay for the trailer.
