★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here to get my kids haircut for awhile now...last time there just prior to xmas & paid the usual $18...went yesterday & price is now $25...only found out about new price at payment time,if they had new price displayed it would give the chance to find somewhere cheaper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer at (Razor-Haircuts: Eastgate Mall) for 6 years, going every three months.
The last time was the worst customer service I had ever received: there were 3 staff in the shop when I went there (3 weeks ago).
I chose a woman to cut my hair, because she had cut my hair previously--I waited for almost an hour and when it was finally my turn, I explained to her how I wanted to cut my hair--the same style (short and thinning hair out) but she insisted that there was no need to cut it thin and ended up cutting it her way which I was not happy about.
Finally I paid $30. When I got home I realized the back of my head looked like a bowl! And I had to pay another $34 to get it fixed at another hairdresser☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to Eastgate I razor for a while now , end of January 2022 had a standard mens haircut short sides trimmed on top cost me $25.00. Saturday 5th March 2022 same haircut cost me $28.00 for a standard walk in haircut short sides trimmed on top. You have just lost a regular customer you are to expensive now for a standard mens cut going to find a cheaper option now very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Waited an hour to get served and the haircut was very poor. The staff were polite but I left feeling annoyed i had wasted $35 and over an hour to just go to another barber and have them fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iRazor is a well organised, professionally staffed and a busily patronised hair salon which deserves considerable praise and recognition.
First, they all are excellent at what they do. Although, disclosure, I have only experienced a men's hairstyle, women patrons also seem equally satisfied with their services, that I observed.
Second, they staff are all very personable, friendly and make a concerted effort to understand their customers.
Importantly, they are humble people, who take pride in delivering good service and ensuring the customer is happy with their efforts. They even vacuum your hair. While this sounds a little curious, in fact, the process is quite relaxing, like a skelp massage.
Overall, their services and service provision are highly recommended. They accomodate all customer's, young through super senior, without missing a beat.
Finally, they are spectacular value for money. I merely dropped by on a saturday morning and was attended in less than 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had a haircut at this business . The woman whom cut his hair did not listen to him (probably because he is elderly) and cut it a lot shorter than he wanted - which he found upsetting.
While cutting his hair, she made a phone call and chatted throughout the haircut in another language.
Not cool people - please listen to your customers and don’t have phone calls while cutting hair. As far as we aware, you could be chatting about your customers and belittling them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is the place convenient the staff are absolutely amazing and provide an excellent service for kids. My son got an amazing hair cut even though my son has thinner hair for the cut he wanted. The gentleman styled it and kept it cut to an excellent standard. My son Ryan looks amazing thank you. Will recommend you onto others.
