★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor. Took my 9 year old son’s laptop in for repairs as he crashed windows. Unfriendly service from man managing front desk, poor social skills. Received laptop back with windows working but had three suspect search engines attached. On researching these search engines, all three had to be removed as chocca with advertising and described as highly likely to lead to importation of malware. I expected better.

I went from being advised by a retailer up the street that I'd need to send my less than a year old phone off to the manufacturer, get it wiped, etc etc and that all that would take a month (or that I'd have to get a new phone), I went here to ITKing, and 15 minutes and $20 later my phone issue is totally fixed, no problem. Thank you ITKing!!
