Te rapa is also bad as I stood in a section for 20 mins obviously needing help while staff members stood chatting and others were ignoring me and playing on their phones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service from the TeAwamutu branch. The culture stems from their management that views customers as a nuisance. It permuates the whole store. The only redeeming person is Geoff and I feel so sorry for him having to work there. I have had fantastic experiences at the Hamilton branch, so I don't think it is company wide. Being lied to and shrugged off, after their incompetance created a one month delay (after paying on day one) had me battling with NL customer support for close on 2 weeks to get a refund. When I asked my friends if they had similar issues, the first one burst out laughing, she'd been through the same ordeal. Steer clear if you value your sanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One session person told me a product was good. I left the store to think about it but went straight back in. Another sales person talked me out of it into a cheaper product that I'd been told was rubbish. I left the store and bought the more expensive one somewhere else
