★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer relations, have just moved to Levin, called to the store needing 500mm of 6mm twin and earth, and to set up a trading account, was told by the lady we only do 1 metre lengths at $9.70 "trade price. Went to Mitre10 no problem at $3.60. You have no idea J.A. Russell how much trade you have lost from my company because of your poor unacomodating and some what cold service.
