★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ran a Whittaker's Choc fundraiser through the PTA this year. Outstanding customer service. Honestly head and shoulders above other companies(not just choc ones). They make it soooo easy. No drama. Timing perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had purchased the $2 fundraiser chocolate peanut slab. Took 1 bite, chipped my tooth & contacted Whittakers to complain, advised they'd called back and never called back. I'd been buying Whittaker for nearly 20yrs with the kinda service time to switched to Cadbury Chocolate, atleast they had made contact years back with replacement when I made contact. These guys only seem to care about making profit and don't care about the customers anymore. I'd give it -5 starts but can only give 1 star ?

Had a chocolate change colour and was told it was due to heat I was told 30 March 2022 I'd be sent a replacement I thought cool waited and waited nothing so emailed no reply emailed again in April got a reply saying ooh we've been busy it's on its way just bout middle of May still nothing rung and left messages no reply so kept ringing finally got hold of someone and got our chocolate the next day thanks but I think that someone did forget about us
