★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every trip to the garage always makes me nervous, and the first time to J&R Automotive was no different. It was not warranted.
What a positive experience!!! From beginning to end it was a delight. I brought my car in shortly after 8 am and I was in a bit of a rush because i had an 830 meeting. They got me checked in quickly and easily. They then drove me home!!! A couple of hours they called me to let me know that they "reccomended" additional work. I loved the way they presented the findings. It was not heavy handed or pressuring. They gave me options and allowed me to make the best decison.
At the end of the day, when I went to pick the car up, it was exactly what they said it would cost...and it was far less than what i am used to paying.
Taking the car in again this Friday and I am looking forward to another positive experience.
