They are selling jerky that in my opinion tastes like dog food and they have the audacity to label it as "biltong"
It is NOT biltong as South Africans know it.
My ex boyfriend sent me some of this "Biltong" from New Zealand to try and I had to spit it out to prevent me throwing up.
Can someone please teach them how to make proper biltong or at least send them a biltong recipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought me a pack of sweet and hot beef jerky 25g for $4.30 the jerky itself was ok but the reason for 1 star is because I got 4 piddly little pieces of jerky... The absorber bag was bigger than most the pieces .. it cost over$1 for a tiny piece of jerky...
