★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless never going back, who makes you wait 3 days to get a flat tyre fixed ! Jacks tyres does. False promises everytime I have been there, they also hardly stock any tyres at all, so be prepared to wait a number of days to get anything done!

But they saved my life, after getting my tyres drove to christchurch and there was unmarked/ unsigned gravel roading for 10 minutes and if it wasn’t for my partner and the new tyres from jacks I wouldn’t be here writing this review.
They squeezed me in the day they called up and were super easy to work with and they are hands down my favourite place to go to for my tyres will 100% be coming back next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute best tyre store in Nelson! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and very obliging. I've been a customer for the last couple of years and have always found the team at Jack's to be such absolute gems. Nothing is a problem for them, the prices are affordable, the work is the best around and they're happy to work with you. Very highly recommend.
