★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After discussing and being advised a price to fix problems with our car, by phone, I took our car in to be fixed. I was advised that they would phone us if it were to be more than expected. No phone call received. When we went to pay however the price had tripled. When I queried this, his response was that I did not have the phone quote in writing and what was I going to do about it?!*!? Well, I'm advising you all to use MIDAS in Nelson, who have always been amazing and true to their word. Every single time we have used them. I will never ever recommend Nicholls Auto Centre after the experience we have had and definitely never use them again!!!

Contacted this company and they towed it back to their workshop, drained and cleaned out the incorrect fuel and had the vehicle ready for collection, all on the same day that we contacted them, for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with our starter and cooling system. Received excellent service where the technician went above and beyond. Very fair pricing and kept us informed throughout. Always went through the options, giving the pros and cons to saving money vs quality of repair so that we did not have to drain our budget. Can't recommend enough.

From getting Joh too come out and transport our car back to Richmond to then finding a replacement low ks engine to fit into our car to the use of a loan vehicle until our car was ready to collect thank you is hardly sufficient to show our appreciation for all the work that has gone on behind the scene
