★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to imagine how my dealings with Matt Jackson could possibly have been better. I've dealt with several boat dealers etc around Auckland but Jackson Brown Auto & Marine stood head and shoulders above the rest. I never regretted for a second driving 90 minutes with my boat to deal with Matt. Prompt, friendly, respectful, economical and extremely helpful. If there is a better business to deal with in Auckland that genuinely cares about you long term, I've yet to come across them at any point over the last 30 years. Thank you Matt and thank you to your team. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great experience with the Autoshoppe brand. My campervan failed it’s WoF and needed repairs to the windscreen washer system - a notorious pain in the *ss on VW Transporters. These guys did a great job of repairing the existing reservoir and tubes rather than stinging me for expensive VW parts that would’ve also required me to be without my home (campervan) overnight. The staff all seemed happy to be working there. They create a great customer experience, and this has a positive effect on the lives of their customers.
There is nothing unusual about their hourly labour cost - I think some other reviewers might be a bit out of touch with what trustworthy, reliable & competent mechanical work costs!

Booked in for a WOF and service which was done in a timely manner, really appreciated the clean of my car with vacuum inside and external clean. Print out of all system checks supplied to within a great price point. Highly recommend these guys!
