I was drawn to this work years after a long and difficult infertility journey. If you have found yourself in this space you are very safe with me because I am able to honour your fertility journey, your experience of loss, and your rainbow babies xx

She has photographed my journey through motherhood - from the birth of my 2nd baby, then family lifestyle shoots as we grew together, through to those precious last breastfeeding days with other pop ins over the years. I chose Janine to do my branding shoot for my business because I knew she would be able to capture me (the real me) and she has recently done a model shoot for my very first hand-knit collection. The fact that I keep going back for more shows just how much I adore her work. She has an amazing ability to capture people (particularly babies and children) in a natural and honest way and I love that when I look back through my photographs, I remember exactly how it really was - a moment in time...captured forever.

She was amazing at making us feel really comfortable while we were still navigating those early days and had lots of great ideas of getting good shots even though our little man was NOT playing ball and cried almost the whole time. She gave us lots of breaks whenever we needed. I was really worried the photos wouldn’t come out great since our son was not in the mood, but she somehow managed to get some amazing shots! So glad we went with Janine, she captured such an important milestone and is just the most genuinely lovely person as well. Highly recommend!

We're stoked with the final photos, and found it hard to narrow down to our favourites as there were so many great ones. Highly recommend!
