★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a ‘heavy duty’ crimper from Jaycar New Lynn and the product failed 4 days later. Jaycar New Lynn refuses to remedy this failed product.
They will not replace, or refund, they just said ‘we don’t deal with tools once it’s sold…?
But under the consumers guarantees act they should be taking care of their customers and offer a minimum 1 year warranty on any product by law, why is this store failing to provide me a remedy for this failed product???
It is just unacceptable for a product to fail only 4 days after purchase

I went in to look for a computer cable and she knew exactly what I was looking for no hesitation and very confident in her response. Although I didn’t bring in my laptop but she’s amazing, she was so sure that was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this beautiful young lady , I came home plugged in the cord and it fit as exactly as she explained. Thank you Jaycar , you hired the right people for the job. Keep up the good work ?❤️ Happy customer
