★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! It's ok for convince of 24/7 being able to go to any location and price. But wow customer service is bad. Especially when you go during 'staffed hours' to get a tag and you end up waiting for ages and when you get in cannot even find a staff member (happened at 2 different Jetts for me). You think they would leave the door open during staffed hours or be at the door to let people in? Also had bad service on phone when getting charged for a joining up fee that I was told would be waved, she argued and I couldn't understand as talking in background and rumbling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is really spacious and the equipments are really wide arrayed. Staff are friendly and helpful as well and overall the place has a good vibe. Only issue is that their rear entrance door where more car parks are is out of order for access to gym. Would be really good if they can fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to cancel my membership for 3-4 weeks now and they would keep sending me a email back saying they can put my membership on hold then when I email them back saying I don't want to put it on hold I want to cancel it they don't email me back till I send another email and then they send ne the same email telling me they can out it on hold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. Had my membership put on hold for some time but noticed that Jetts kept charging me almost every week during this period. Needed to talk to a staff member about this, but no one picked up the phone during staffed hours for at least 10 days. Got through once and was told they would call me back. Nothing happened in return. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ requested for my membership to be placed on hold, provided the medical documents they requested and charged an extra week before they would place on hold. do not recommend this place at all, filthy and they love to over charge their customers to try make up for their covid losses

The Staff on hand are truly Delightful and more than willing to help with any and all enquiries . Suzy and Calvin are a Godsend.
With their Exceptional Advice , I like many others have vastly improved my life by becoming more fit and healthy.
Also with the Recent refurbishment the facilities have stepped up on so many level's
Fyi there is a dress code i sneakly took a pic at 3am when no one was around...
