Platt Residence: Mr Jeremy Evans has until recently been a foreman for a Palmerston North building company owned by Mr Scoot McGill. Jeremy was the foreman assigned to a new house built for us on the Mount Stewart/Halcombe road, Feilding. We are very pleased with the result. Jeremy’s workmanship has been of a very high standard and this has flowed through to his other staff and sub-contractors.Throughout the contract we have found Jeremy to be very approachable and very happy to suggest small modifications or to adopt small changes suggested by us.He has been excellent to work with and has gone out of his way to accommodate our every wish.The whole job is a credit to Jeremy and his team and we would have no hesitation in recommending him for any similar work.We understand that Jeremy has now decided to enter business on his own account and we wish him every success.Averil and Graeme Platt O’Conner residence: We recently commissioned a new house build and the main contractor for this was Jeremy Evans.We were extremely impressed by the work ethic shown by Jeremy. He was often seen working on site long after the normal working day was over and even worked on the occasional public holiday.Jeremy impressed with his professionalism. He never took a shortcut, preferring to work longer to get everything done 100% correct.We are extremely pleased with the finishing work he completed. Everything fits perfectly. There are no ugly joins held together with sealer, just crisp, clean corners and edges.In conclusion, we found Jeremy to be extremely patient and co-operative. He is hard working and precise in his work. But more importantly, he is reliable and professional.
